The bold horizontal bar within the box represents the median. The bottom and top of the box indicate the 25th and 75th percentiles, respectively. The whiskers extend to the most extreme data points, while the dots represent outliers. The notches indicate confidence intervals; if the notches of two plots do not overlap, it provides strong evidence that the medians are significantly different
